Though my creative expression has become more visual and tactile rather than verbal of late, I'm also a writer at heart with the rhythms of poetry as my mentor. Artistic expression has become a spiritual path for me. I strive to integrate ideas straight from the heart of my imgaination in the same way I try to integrate the various aspect of myself. They are, in the end, one in the same.

Life is about finding balance and serenity in the midst of change and challege. I walk that tightrope daily, as I live with Multiple Sclerosis, even as I refuse to define myself by it. Life's a journey, and while I may be slower, and sometimes clumsier than the rest of the pack, I'm still moving forward!
